Dr. Bakers (CH):

Our Dr. Bakers Lounge provides the best view in Eureka Springs. Decorated in art deco to honor Dr. Baker who ran the hotel as a cancer hospital from 1937-1939. The room offers a fun, relaxed atmosphere with a unique experience.

At the Crescent Hotel and Spa and the Basin Park Hotel we can offer a variety of choices for an indoor or outdoor wedding ceremony. Following are a few of the more popular selections. Beautiful and professionally landscaped. The gardens offer a custom made bronze fountain, walking bridge with a flowing spring.

Rental: Back Terrace (CH):

A long elegant walk down a staircase to a stone walkway. With an outstanding view of Eureka Springs and the surrounding Ozark Mountains.

Room Rental: Atrium (BPH):

The Atrium room also makes a lovely setting for a wedding ceremony. It has the feel of an outdoor wedding, inside.

Room Rental: Ballroom (BPH):

The Grand Ballroom is a perfect location for a larger wedding. The windows that surround the entire floor, the hardwood floors and existing stage makes a beautiful setting for a wedding ceremony.

Post Wedding Brunch:

This brunch would give your guests and yourself an opportunity to open gifts and have a final send off before departing for your honeymoon.

Room Rental: Conservatory (CH):

The Crescent Conservatory offers a historic room with an open feel of the outdoors. With views of the beautiful gardens, grounds and Ozark Mountains, this room makes a lovely setting for a morning or afternoon meal.

Atrium (BPH):

This room would make a prefect selection to view your wedding video with family before you head off to your honeymoon. Available in the Atrium room is a large projection screen with a mounted LCD that will project your video for everyone to see. This room also has surround sound, CD & DVD player installed.

Crystal Dining Room (CH):

We offer a full Sunday Brunch every Sunday for our guests. The hours are from 9:30-2:00 p.m. The brunch consists of full breakfast and full lunch items with fresh waffle, omelet and pasta stations, dessert stations and champagne served at 12:00 p.m. We can reserve parties of up to 25 people without usage of a separate room.

Again, we would like you to thank you for the opportunity to serve you and your guests. An official contract will be sent to you within 72 hours. You have 15 days from the time the deposit was made to sign the contract and return it back to the hotel. If you do wish to cancel within the 15 days, a full refund of your deposit will be given. Function space will be TENTATIVELY blocked until the signed contract is returned to the hotel.
